Project overview:

The Calvin Swallow House entailed the restoration and rehabilitation of the building in conformance with National Park Service, the Massachusetts Historical Commission and Boston’s South End Landmark District Commission. After being vacant and abandoned for more than 15 years, the location was in severe disrepair. Haycon restored the building back to its original glory. The first floor and basement are occupied by Haycon and a real estate company, while the top three are divided into 6 residential units.
